Xenophon Angelides, Gold Coast

The Yoga Therapy and Trauma workshop was excellent. It has given me valuable insight into the current areas of thinking related to neuroscience and somatic theory and the ways that they inter-relate with yoga in the area of trauma. The workshop is well constructed and presented with variety so that the theory, research and practice leave you at the end with a good grounding of how to start working in this area and possible ways to develop in the future. I particularly liked the added resources that were given so that you can explore this topic further in your own time. Sal teaches with care and respect for others and you can’t help be caught up in her enthusiasm. I thoroughly recommend this course to others.
