“This course exceeded my expectations. Sal Flynn was fabulous and gave a good mix of practice and theory. I gained a lot more confidence in my teaching and counselling in Yoga while actually enjoying myself and the good company of like minded teachers. The content was modern and presented in a very engaging way.

Natja Wunsch

“I found the MBYT and CSC module extremely useful as a practising yoga therapist.  The counselling skills theory and practice in this course has given me valuable skills to better assess my clients’ needs.  Sal Flynn is a very engaging trainer, with a wealth of knowledge and personal experience shared with humour and common sense, which makes for very enjoyable training.  I found this course to be a perfect balance of theory and practice.”

Tracy Gray, Brisbane

“Sal unpacked Mindfulness Based Yoga Therapy in an insightful and well referenced way. Sharing first hand experiences with Indra Mohan, Sarah Keys and Donna Farhi among others, with tenderness, playful antics and vulnerable moments that passed on not just the critical information but also a human connection that embodies mindfulness, the basis of the course.”

Kristen Boddington – GCYT Graduate

This module is jam packed with so much valuable content! Sal is a wonderful teacher, I was able to learn the skills and soak up the information with ease and confidence!
