Tracy Gray

Yoga therapy educator and Autism Spectrum Disorder Authority

Tracy Gray is a highly respected and experienced Yoga therapist, Yoga teacher, Yoga educator and bodyworker. She has over 15 years experience working 1 to 1 with Yoga clients and teaching group classes and has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years.

She is committed to deepening her knowledge and experience and she has done extensive training over the past two decades in Yoga, Yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Zenthai Shiatsu therapy, Calligraphy Yoga, Pilates and fitness. She undertook the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program with the esteemed Dr. Ganesh Mohan in 2014.

She is a registered Yoga therapist with Yoga Australia and a certified Yoga therapist, C-IAYT, with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is also a registered senior teacher with Yoga Australia.

Yoga Educator

In a training setting, Tracy has a practical approach to unpacking complex concepts. Her warmth and relaxed style, creates a learning environment in which her students can thrive. She has taught anatomy, physiology and asana on numerous teacher training courses since 2013 in Australia and abroad. Tracy is a clear communicator with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Yoga Therapy & Autism Authority and Trainer

Since 2016, she has specialised in working with clients with severe Autism and intellectual disability in her Yoga Therapy practice. She currently has regular clients that she sees weekly or twice weekly for 1 on 1 Yoga therapy sessions. Since 2016, Tracy has undertaken over 1000 hours of Yoga therapy consultations with these clients.

Anatomy and Physiology Trainer

Tracy Gray has a passion for Anatomy and Physiology and a keen interest in bio-mechanics. She studied the ‘Applied Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga Therapy’ course in 2010 with the renowned Simon Borg-Olivier of Yoga Synergy. In 2017, Tracy also qualified as a Pilates reformer teacher. She trained as a fitness instructor and taught aerobics before becoming a Yoga teacher.

Tracy Gray – Ayurveda Specialist

In 2020, Tracy Gray completed a Certificate in Clinical Ayurveda and became an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. She trained with leading Ayurveda educators – Rama Prasad and Caroline Robertson. She is very passionate about Ayurveda and incorporates it into her work with all her clients.

In addition to her yoga therapy and teaching, Tracy is a qualified Zen Thai shiatsu therapist. It is a combination of shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathy and it brings a deeper sense of awareness to the body to facilitate self-healing.

Prior to entering the Yoga world, Tracy had a successful career as an information technology professional, working as a computer analyst and programmer.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and brings an analytical mind to all that she does.
