“The Yoga Breathwork Certification at the Yoga Therapy Institute is the real deal.
Instructors Sal Flynn, Liz Williams, and Tracy Gray each brought clear expertise and a genuine willingness to engage with questions.
Facilitator Trina Bawden-Smith held the space beautifully throughout. The teaching of pranayama was grounded in yoga philosophy and science – the why and the how – and we had ample opportunity to practice breathwork and asana so the learning was fully embodied.
The group breakout sessions were a genuine highlight: sharing with like-minded yogis about how the material informed our own practices and how we can bring it to students and clients made the learning feel both personal and purposeful.
This isn’t a course for trendy body hacks. It’s for anyone serious about deepening their practice and their teaching. Highly recommended. “
