Former President of the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia Michael de Manincor advises people not to focus on finding a style of yoga that suits them, instead he suggests searching out an experienced teacher who can work with your individual needs.
He says there’s now good evidence for the positive health effects of yoga for many physical and mental conditions.
Michael, who’s also a registered psychologist, has had good success helping people with insomnia.
