In this short video, Caroline Robertson explains how she worked with a client we called Sam. Sam was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder. Caroline takes into account the client’s constitution and addresses her constitutional imbalance. She gives suggestions including diet, exercise, recreation, sleep and other relevant practices. Caroline also suggests adjustments to Sam’s daily routine.

In this video, learn how some simple adjustments to daily routine and diet in combination with understanding the client’s constitutional imbalance, assisted the client to manage her anxiety.

Caroline Robertson is a leading Ayurveda educator and practitioner with over 30 years clinical experience. She’s also a renowned author and has published a book on Ayurveda called A Woman’s Ayurveda Herbal. She’s also written hundreds of articles on natural health.  She’s taught hundreds of students to become Ayurvedic lifestyle consultants, including when she was teaching at Nature Care College.
