After gaining some valuable work experience with a variety of clients with varying needs, she felt something was still lacking in her training on a deeper level so she went on to study Yoga Therapy.
She has also trained in mental health aware Yoga, the subtle energies of Dru yoga, Yoga therapy for pain, Yoga philosophy, and Vinyasa.
She offers her clients an individually targeted holistic approach to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
