“This was a genuine, comprehensive and well organised Yoga and meditation retreat and tour to India. Our accommodation was wonderful and yoga venues were clean, spacious and well equipped. The tour guides on the ground in India were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and more than willing to interact with our group, sharing information and providing an insight into this fascinating and diverse country. I feel like I have had a small taste of the ‘real’ India rather than the usual hackneyed tourist sites that are so often fed to visitors. Special mention needs to be made of the generous and capable tour leader, Sal Flynn who drew it all together with enthusiasm, professionalism.”

Message from retreat and tour leader Sal Flynn

Retreat leader Sal Flynn says, “My visits to Kerala have enabled me to tap into the beauty of Indian culture in the relative peace and calm of its lush backwaters, historic towns, temples and spice gardens. Wherever we go we have authentic Ayurvedic spas at our fingertips, the environment is clean and the people are laid back. Each day balances movement, stillness, and deep cultural engagement. Our yoga practice is gentle with mindful movement focused on felt experience, breath, and nervous system regulation, while each day we have the delicious indulgence of being served beautiful southern Indian cuisine.”
