Undertaking an Ayurveda Certification for Yoga teachers and Yoga therapists is a wonderful opportunity for you to gain a deep understanding of the principles and practices of Ayurveda to enhance your clients’ health and wellbeing.
These skills can easily be incorporated into your Yoga therapy practice and your Yoga teaching and will improve your ability to assist your clients to heal more effectively and holistically.
In this video we speak to Sarah Collin on the benefits of doing an Ayurveda Certification for Yoga teachers and Yoga therapists. Sarah is a Yoga and meditation teacher, a Yoga therapist, and an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant who is based in southwest Western Australia.
Sarah explains how she incorporates Ayurveda into her Yoga Therapy consultations after completing the Certificate in Clinical Ayurveda with the Yoga Therapy Institute.
Sarah has been able to use the tools and knowledge she learned during the course to enhance her clients’ and students’ well-being and, in addition, improve her own health and wellbeing.
The course has given Sarah the confidence to offer dietary recommendations based on her client’s dosha types, perform tongue analysis, and have a more thorough consultation process with her Yoga Therapy clients.
