As part of her training in Yoga Therapy, Jennifer undertook a pilot study of health-care practitioners, looking at “The Use of Yoga Therapy as a Complementary Practice in Australia”. She has also completed a number of other post graduate studies including progressive yoga relaxation, pre natal yoga, gentle yoga and yoga for children.
She is strongly influenced by the work of Donna Farhi and teaches in a style which blends many different ideas and concepts gained from a variety of experiences and traditions. She is currently involved in yoga therapy consulting, general yoga teaching, therapeutic yoga teaching and is participating as a yoga/exercise instructor on a research project.
Jennifer has been on the committee of the Australian Association of Yoga Therapists (AAYT) since its inception and currently holds the position of President.
