Yoga Therapy Pioneer

With influence from a number of traditions and teachers, including Sri Yogendra, Swami Gitananda, A.G. Mohan and Donna Farhi, Leigh has practiced Yoga for 40 years, taught for over 30 years, practiced Yoga therapy for over 20 years and had over 300 graduates from his Yoga teacher training and Yoga therapy training courses.

He has graduate qualifications in Health Sciences and Yoga Therapy and under-graduate qualifications in Yoga teaching, Counselling, Human Performance, Nutrition and Ayurveda.

Leigh has a passion for and regularly lectures in Yoga philosophies and Yogic nutrition. He has played a leading role in establishing the standards for Yoga Therapy practice and training in Australia and internationally.

Leigh is currently helping leading Indian schools to form an Indian Yoga therapy association and promote standards of practice in Yoga’s homeland.
